We have you covered whether you’re looking for a hard workout or just want to work up a good sweat for 30 minutes.

12RND Strength & Cardio

Get Fit In Under An Hour A Day and suitable for all levels. The class is 12 x 3 Min Stations with a 60s rests.

The clock is continuous for the timetabled hours so therefore you can commence your rounds anytime during that time period.

The circuit has phases of boxing base fitness which incorporates strength and cardio training.

Cross Training

Cross Training classes provide a broad-based fitness program incorporating functional movements for everyday activity. Every class is constantly varied and performed to enhance your strength and conditioning level.

This is a class for everybody as your coach will adapt exercises for your level of fitness and movement abilities in a group environment whilst encouraging and motivating you to work toward your short and long term goals.

The Sport Of Boxing Fitness

The high repetition, low resistance functional movements done at high intensity making boxing the ultimate conditioning or ‘cardio’ training system – it hits both aerobic and anaerobic energy pathways. And nothing will shred fat from your body better than a sustained regime of fitness boxing training.

Boxing sculpts and tones the body without adding muscle bulk. This makes it very appealing to women despite the myth or common excuse about not wanting to exercise for fear of ‘bulking up’.
